Computing Intent
Computing is taught throughout the school in all year groups. Students have a weekly lesson timetabled in the ICT suite but laptops will be available for use in other lessons to ensure that computing/ICT skills are cross-curricular
All classes will have individual lessons on e-safety in conjunction with RSHE lessons so that all students understand acceptable and non-acceptable use within society today.
From 2023/24 Class 4 will be starting GCSE Computing (OCR exam board) and be undertaking this course for classes 4, 5 and 6.
